The Welcome Evening of the three-day YES-Europe Annual Conference 2025 marks the official start of a gathering that brings around 100 participants from across Europe to Vienna. Young professionals, students, and partners will explore how the next generation can actively shape the future of energy and sustainability policy. Short keynote talks will set the stage by highlighting the power of international networks, collaborative action, and the role of youth-led initiatives in driving change. A special focus will be placed on Vienna as an example of innovative, socially inclusive, and sustainable urban development.
Following the keynotes, a diverse panel will discuss the challenges and opportunities faced by young professionals in the energy transition, share personal experiences from different sectors, and reflect on ways to make an impact – locally and internationally.
Participants can expect an inspiring, interactive evening with space for open exchange and networking in the informal atmosphere of the FAKtory.
